rusty build path.rs compiles a single file and skips package scripts. rusty install supports --bin, --features, --all-features, --no-default-features. Cargo install only with RUSTY_INSTALL_ALLOW_CARGO=1 (and not RUSTY_INSTALL_NO_CARGO).
