Controller: iResolved, LLC (“iResolved,” “we,” “us”), operating solved.gg and related product brands. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our websites, use our products and documentation, create an authenticated account, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:- Websites we operate (including solved.gg, product marketing sites, and this documentation site)
- Authenticated solved.gg / iResolved accounts and related services
- Product software that communicates with our identity or account systems (for example, CLI
authflows) - Communications you send us (email, forms, support)
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account data — name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization membership, and similar profile fields when you register or sign in
- Billing data — if you purchase commercial access, payment tokens and invoice details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers when a PCI-compliant processor is used)
- Support and correspondence — messages you send to intake@solved.gg or other published contacts
- Contributions — if you submit code, issues, or a CLA, information needed to record the contribution
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps
- Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics where enabled
- Product telemetry (limited) — some products may send authentication status, version, and error diagnostics when you opt in or when required for account-bound features. Source-available license materials may also describe local, on-device compliance logs that are not transmitted as bulk usage data
2.3 Information from third parties
- Identity providers — if you sign in via OAuth/OIDC (for example Clerk or similar), we receive identifiers and profile fields those providers share with us
- Payment processors — confirmation of payment status and limited billing metadata
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:- Provide, secure, and improve our websites, accounts, and products
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- Process transactions and send service-related notices
- Respond to support and business inquiries
- Comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect our rights
- Communicate product updates when you have a relationship with us or where permitted by law

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B communications), consent (where required), and legal obligation.5. Sharing

- Affiliates under common control, for the purposes in this policy

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. Account data is generally retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion as described below, subject to lawful retention needs.7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit where standard. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.8. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses).9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact intake@solved.gg. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.11. Product workspaces and local data
When you run our software as a tool on your machines, your project files and workspaces remain yours. We do not claim ownership of workspace contents. Local build caches, lockfiles, and project data stay on systems you control unless you deliberately send them to us (for example, support attachments).12. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated as required by law.13. Contact
