Provider: iResolved, LLC (“iResolved,” “we,” “us”) These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of solved.gg websites, documentation, authenticated accounts, and related online services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Software products (including rusty, scripty, worgo, yappy, and depotsdk-go) may also be governed by a source-available license shipped with the software and, for authenticated commercial use, the EULA. If those documents conflict with these Terms on software licensing, the software license / EULA control for that software.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be barred from using the Services under applicable law.
- You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the EULA, or applicable law.
2. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not allow others to:- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe others’ rights
- Probe, scan, or attack our systems without authorization
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer the Services except where mandatory law permits
- Scrape or harvest personal data from the Services without permission
- Misrepresent affiliation with iResolved or our products
- Use the Services to build or operate a competitive offering in violation of software licenses or the EULA
3. Intellectual property
- We and our licensors own the Services, branding, and documentation (except your content and third-party materials).
- “solved.gg,” product names (including rusty, scripty, worgo, yappy, depotsdk-go), logos, and related marks are trademarks of iResolved or its licensors. These Terms do not grant trademark licenses.
- You retain ownership of content you submit (issues, feedback, support materials), and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and improve the Services.
4. Contributions
Code and other contributions to our repositories may require acceptance of our Contributor License Agreement (CLA). Submitting a contribution does not create employment or partnership.5. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites and services (identity, payments, hosting). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRESOLVED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify iResolved against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately for breach, risk to the platform, legal compliance, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.10. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.12. Miscellaneous
- These Terms are the entire agreement for the Services (excluding software licenses and EULA for product software).
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
